Within the UK
Shipping within the UK is a flat fee of £4.99 and all items will be sent via DHL or Royal mail. We always provide tracking information and a signature will be required upon arrival.

Overseas
If shipping outside the UK, please do contact us first to talk through the shipping options available to you. Every parcel will be tracked and a signature will be required upon arrival.

Shipping costs overseas range between £12 - £30 depending on destination.

Cost vary depending on destination but we keep these as low as possible while ensuring your newly baked shoes are safe on their journey to you!

Please do be prepared for extra fees and delays - sadly this is out of our control.

For International orders we recommend that you contact your local customs office prior to purchase to see if there will be any additional fees or restrictions placed on your shoes. Our international shipping charges do not include your country's duty, tax or custom fees.

Returns & Exchanges
If your shoes do not fit, you can return or exchange them. You can return your shoes within 30 days after received your parcel. Your shoes must be in the same condition you received them in and in their House of Mattia box and any original packaging. All our shoes are handmade to order. House of Mattia reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for hand made shoes, in addition to the cost of return shipping.

In the first instance please contact us via by email hello@houseofmattia.co.uk  to talk through the process. Once we receive your shoes we will issue a refund as above or start the process of your new size.
