Shipping policy

We aim to process orders of small items with 2-3 days and send via 1st class, 24 hour, 2nd class 48 hour services in the UK. For US and Canada small items we use Royal Mail, DHL or Transglobal Express with transit times from between 2 and 14 days, for US and Canada large items we use a bespoke courier and processing and transit times may vary.

We deliver larger items including Shoes and Handbags ourselves where possible, if not we use a very reliable courier team that have worked for us for a number of years. We try our best to get the pieces to you as quickly as possible. Some locations may take a little longer.
